Do you want to build a booty? I'll be honest, you need heavy weights to build a booty. So if you can invest in a squat rack at your home, it's worth it. Being able to back squat, deadlift, and hip thrust with a barbell will help you see gains much quicker. If that is not possible for you, then get the heaviest dumbbell that you can lift, and have it delivered to you for this program. We are going to need to do a lot of sets and work to failure to make this work. Are you ready? Let's begin!
